Orbito is a platform that connects customers in Patna with verified, independent home-service professionals for cleaning, repairs, and related services. Orbito facilitates the booking and coordination of these services; the services themselves are performed by our partner professionals.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use Orbito. By booking a service, you confirm the details you provide (name, address, contact number) are accurate and up to date.

• Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
• Pricing shown at the time of booking is an estimate; final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work assessed on-site.
• Availability of time slots and professionals is subject to demand in your area.
• You are responsible for providing accurate address and access details so the professional can reach you on time.

Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled from the app or by contacting support. Please see our Cancellation Policy for full details on timelines and any applicable charges.

• Payment can be made online through the app or, where available, directly to the professional after the service is completed.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Any additional charges for extra work (identified on-site and agreed by you) will be communicated before being carried out.

Professionals listed on Orbito undergo a verification process before being onboarded. While we take reasonable steps to vet our partners, Orbito acts as a facilitator between you and the professional, and the professional is responsible for the quality of the work performed. If you're unsatisfied with a service, please contact our support team so we can help resolve it.

• Ensure someone is available at the service address during the scheduled window.
• Provide a safe environment for the professional to carry out the work.
• Clearly communicate the scope of the job at the time of booking to avoid delays.
• Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to book services under false information.

Orbito is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or the services booked through it, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability in connection with any booking is limited to the amount paid for that specific booking.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of Orbito after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
